We have become aware of an issue with G2 Suite version 1.034 which affects ford pod updates.

You may encounter the following error when attempting to update your ford pod:
Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. Value of '-2147483648' is not valid for 'Value'

This error only occurrs with certain ford pods (depending on the manufacture date).

If you are affected by this issue then it will be necessary to download and install G2 Suite version 1.035 in which this problem is fixed.
G2 Suite version 1.035 (which supercedes any previous versions of the G2 Suite) can be downloaded from http://www.spsupport.com/G2SupportArea/tabid/60/Default.aspx

If your ford pod updates successfully without seeing this error (i.e it displays 'congratulations your Sykes-Pickavant ford pod is now up to date') you do not need to download G2 Suite version 1.035
