Repairs and Service

We cover warranty repairs, repairs and service for the following SP Diagnostics or Sykes-Pickavant products:

ACR4/ACR, ACR Pods (G2,MAP,FORD,EOBD etc), ACR Leads and accessories
SPi Handset, Leads and accessories
Service Reset Tools and Service Tools (Park Brake Tools)
Sensor Simulator, Diesel Timing Adaptor, Lambda Sensor Tester
Smart, Leads and accessories
Keyfob Testers

We do not handle repairs of the following Sykes-Pickavant products:

Sykes-Pickavant branded Scopes, Multimeters, Gauges, Gas Analysers

These are not SP Diagnostics products and you should contact Sykes-Pickavant directly

For repairs and service of your diagnostic equipment, you must obtain a SP Diagnostics returns authorisation number first.

If you are sending us packages via courier (Parcel Force/TNT Etc..) please contact us to confirm the correct address as they will not deliver to our PO Box Number.


Returns Policy

We reserve the right to retain the returned product until we receive payment of the charges incurred, up to the authorised amount.

If we do not receive payment within 28 days of issuing a request for payment, we may dispose of the products at our sole discretion, without any liability to you.

Delays if not returning direct

We have experienced additional delays of over 1 month when not sending returns directly to us, these delays are outside of our control.

We aim to repair your item within 1 week of arrival to us, this does depend on the nature of the fault and current work load status of the repairs department, so it may be shorter or longer.

RMA inclusion & packaging

Ensure you include the returns number with any product returned and also mark the outside of the packaging with the number, returning items without a number will incur delays or rejection. Make sure the item is packaged well and is safe to send and include any other information regarding the fault to assist us in diagnosing the problem.
