Comms Overcurrent

Hello,

    On the last couple of Fords I have been trying to view live data on (Focus petrol 1.8 1999 EYDC and KA 2002) the screen has locked up within 30 sec. and the message "Comms overcurrent detected on vehicle communications".

    This happens when viewing the live data with ignition on only and with engine running, I am not sure what the full meaning / description of this message is ?

this is being worked on now,SPD are aware of the situation big_smile

The over current is a failsafe to protect the SPi.

We have put an update on the website that should fix the "Comms Overcurrent" that you are seeing.
Rob has kindly been testing this for us.

  OK on Rob testing the update/fix for you, well he does come across as a very enthusiastic man with his many posts on the forum so just the man for the job I think.
