The latest SPi suite, available on the support website will now let you work with and print SPi screens, now you can keep diagnostic information for future reference against that vehicle or to provide evidence and build customer confidence by showing your customer that there were faults present on the vehicle before performing a repair.
A note to update our existing and potential customers The diagnostics side of the business is now owned by SP Diagnostics and operates independently of Sykes-Pickavant, its continued aim is to support users, grow, improve and expand the automotive diagnostic offering. Most of the SP Diagnostics team are the original people that brought you ACR in the early 90s, ACR4,SMART,MAP,G2, Service Reset Tools and now the SPi, the same team will be continuing with R&D and product enhancements. Due to the increasing vehicle complexity and the rapid changes in technology, the team at SP Diagnostics is best placed to continue the necessary investment for the long term. As technology changes the way that data is viewed, you can expect to see some exciting and innovative product developments in the near future. SP Diagnostics will continue to support existing diagnostics customers and will continue to support Sykes-Pickavant Ltd with products and services available through Sykes-Pickavant Ltd's authorised distributor network.
