G2 Suite and 64 bit Windows

If you have a 64 bit operating system, such as Windows XP 64, Windows Vista 64 or Windows 7 64 the G2 Suite will not function correctly, the 64 bit version of windows is not compatible with the USB drivers used  to connect to the G2 pod.

We recommend using a 32 bit version of windows (XP,Vista,Windows7) with the current G2 Suite.

We do have plans to update the G2 Suite to make it compatible with 64 bit Windows.
