Whilst installing the windows driver for the SPi handset you may encounter the following message:

In the list of devices you should see SP Diagnostics SPi

Select SP Diagnostics SPi and click Next >

You may then see the screen below:

The software you are installing has not passed Windows Logo testing to verify its compatibility with Windows XP.
[Continue Anyway] [STOP Installation]

Click Continue Anyway

You should then see the screen below:

After a short while you should see the screen below:

The wizard has finished installing the software for:

[Finish]

Click Finish.
